Ravevine Privacy Policy
How we handle your data. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we don't use tracking cookies.

This policy explains what ravevine ("we", "us") collects when you use ravevine.com and our free tools, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it deliberately short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Waitlist email
If you join our waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can let you know when the paid product is ready. We store it with Cloudflare Workers KV and use it for nothing else. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Your choices.
Business searches in the review-link tool
When you search for your business in the Google review link generator, the text you enter (a business name and city) is sent to our server, which queries the official Google Places API on your behalf and returns the matches. To keep the tool fast, those results are cached at Cloudflare's edge for up to 24 hours. We don't save your searches to a database, tie them to you, or use them for anything beyond returning your result.
Tools that run in your browser
Our other tools — including the schema generator — run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never sent to us.
Server logs and analytics
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as your IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run the tools and return your results.
- To email you about early access, if you joined the waitlist.
- To keep the site secure, fast, and working.
We do not sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site work:
- Google — business searches in the review-link tool are sent to the Google Places API. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — our hosting, edge caching, privacy-first analytics, and email routing. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or until you ask us to remove them. Cached search results expire automatically within 24 hours. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare under their standard retention.
Your choices
Email us at hello@ravevine.com to access or delete the data we hold about you — for example, to remove your email from the waitlist. Because most of our tools run in your browser and we store so little, there's usually nothing to delete beyond a waitlist email.
Children
Ravevine is a tool for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above. We'll reflect significant changes here before they take effect.
